The Old Village Association and the Town of Port Royal would like to thank the sponsors of OktoPRfest for making the annual festival an enormous success. It was truly a “party Port Royal style” and we estimate that 5,000 people attended the festival.

We appreciate you supporting our common interests of improving economic opportunities in Port Royal while also preserving it’s small town quality. We hope to continue to make Port Royal a destination for visitors, which we believe was achieved by the festival’s robust attendance despite the inaccurate rain forecast.

The money raised from OktoPRfest will go toward improving the local community of Port Royal. So far this year, the Old Village Association has given money to local families in need, Alzheimer’s Family Services of Greater Beaufort, Port Royal Elementary School, the Lending Room, and meals for senior citizens in need.

If you would like to be a part of our Soft Shell Crab Festival to be held on April 18, 2020, please contact Brooke Buccola at (843) 986-2211 or by email at

Again, thank you for your support. The festival was a success because of you.
